Rates
I believe everyone should have access to therapy and will make sure that your therapy is affordable. If you do not have insurance coverage, I have a sliding rate according to your needs and the services I can provide. I want you to afford therapy if you want therapy.

I am an "IN NETWORK PROVIDER" for the following insurance:

AETNA, CIGNA, UNITEDHEALTHCARE, OXFORD and OSCAR.
 

IMPORTANT INSURANCE INFORMATION if USING IN NETWORK BENEFITS

Like most people, you are probably unaware that "staying in network" for your
mental/behavioral insurance benefits usually means that you lose some aspect of confidentiality.

Most insurance companies want to know the contents of your treatment, progress and goals. 
 
Therapy is about knowing that you are discussing your issues in a safe and
confidential environment, with someone of your choosing, that YOU trust.  
My goal is to keep your treatment PRIVATE and CONFIDENTIAL!

Payment
If you are paying out of pocket I accept. Venmo, Zelle, Check, ACH bank transfer accepted.
FSA benefits can be used as well.

Cancellation Policy
If you do not show up for your scheduled therapy appointment, and you have not notified me at least 24 hours in advance, you will be required to pay the full cost of your session. If you are paying by insurance you will be charged the "in network" fee. 
However, I will try and offer you another session time  as a make-up during the same week.This is contingent upon both of our schedules
